5. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery timelines are 3 working days for Bangalore and 2-3 working days for Mumbai/Pune, subject to biometric appointment availability and government office working hours. Delays caused by public holidays, government system downtime, or incomplete information from clients are not our responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AgreementDesk.in including text, graphics, and software is our intellectual property. Agreement drafts generated for clients are for their personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgreementDesk.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific transaction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
