Stamp duty and registration fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are statutory payments. AgreementDesk.in has no control over government fee structures.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfer timelines may vary based on your bank.
