Refund & Cancellation Policy

✅ Rural Area Refund: If your property is in a rural/gram panchayat area (Mumbai/Pune), ₹500 will be refunded after verification, as registration fees are lower for rural properties.

1. Refund Eligibility

Order cancelled after draft prepared, before registration	50% refund (service fee retained)
Order cancelled after registration/biometric visit	No refund (government fees non-recoverable)
Error in agreement due to incorrect info provided by client	No refund; amendment charged separately
Error in agreement due to our mistake	Free correction or full refund
Rural area property (Mumbai/Pune)	₹500 refund after verification

2. Government Fees

Stamp duty and registration fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are statutory payments. AgreementDesk.in has no control over government fee structures.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfer timelines may vary based on your bank.

5. Cancellation by AgreementDesk.in

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if:

We are unable to provide the service in your area
The information provided is found to be fraudulent or illegal
Technical issues prevent us from completing the service
