3. Aadhaar Data — DPDP Act 2023 Compliance

Collection of Aadhaar/UID numbers is done only with your explicit consent as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016. We store only the last 4 digits in generated documents. Raw Aadhaar numbers are not stored on our servers beyond the immediate processing requirement.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Payment gateway providers (for processing payments only)
